Does your platform work on all browsers?

Make sure you always update to the latest browser version and reconsider sticking to Internet Explorer.

Our platform software works perfectly on all common browsers: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari and Microsoft Edge. Make sure you always update your browser to the latest version.

What about Internet Explorer 11?

On August 17, 2020, Microsoft published a timeline indicating that Microsoft Teams will stop supporting Internet Explorer 11 on November 30, 2020, whereas Microsoft 365 products will end Internet Explorer 11 support on August 17, 2021.

Since Microsoft itself is no longer updating Internet Explorer 11, we will no longer support Internet Explorer either. As of July 1, 2021, we no longer develop our platform to optimise the user experience on this browser, so certain actions may not work fluently. This means that we cannot guarantee that everything will function and show as expected. We therefore recommend you to use another browser, or to upgrade to Microsoft's new browser Microsoft Edge.
