  • Keep your project and timeline descriptions up-do-date

Most importantly, you need to make sure the content of your project is up-to-date. You don’t want a participant to fall in a project with outdated or incorrect information. It needs to be clear what the project is about, for each participant, at all times.

So make sure that you always answer the 5 W questions in your project description. Who, what, why, when, where and how? Who is allowed to participate? What is expected of them? Why was this process set up? When do you start and when does it end? How will the input be processed? Use your project and timeline description to add relevant information, such as pdf’s, images, hyperlinks or and details.

  • Send a quick email to keep your participants informed (not visible to others)

You can easily notify individual users or certain user groups by sending quick emails from the platform to specific user groups. Do that when you add relevant text or an event, or maybe when you change the timeline. User groups can be people from a specific neighbourhood, from a certain age, people that participated on a certain project or people that didn’t leave an idea yet.
