After conducting a specific survey, you can then take the next step forward in engaging with respondents from the survey by creating a "smart group" of registered users on the platform. Current survey tools available on platform allow users to take the survey on the platform but are not fully integrated to allow you to create smart groups yourself.
If you are using Typeform:
Enable the "hidden fields" feature on your typeform survey. Make sure to enable it before launching your survey.
Contact support@citizenlab.co with a link to the typeform survey OR a link to the project.
We will then create the smart group for you on the platform and notify you as soon as possible.
If you are using Google Forms:
Include a question on the survey to collect information about the respondent such as their name or email address (preferably).
Contact support@citizenlab.co with the list or spreadsheet of user emails and names, so we can cross-check the respondents with the respective users on the platform
